Are you eligible for a free eye-exam?

The NHS will fund your eye examination if:

• You’re under 16
• You’re under 19 and in full time education
• You’re over 60
• You’re registered as blind or partially sighted
• You’ve been diagnosed with diabetes or glaucoma
• You’re over 40 and someone in your immediate family has been diagnosed with glaucoma
• You’ve been advised by an opthalmologist that you’re at risk from glaucoma
• You receive certain benefits *
• You’re named on a valid NHS certificate for full help with health costs (HC2)
